Kathakali is the most well known dance drama from the
South Indian state of Kerala. It's a spectacular lyrical
dance drama performed with acrobatic energy and
highly stylized pantomime. The word Kathakali literally
means "Story-Play". The dance form symbolizes the
eternal fight between the good and the evil.
